Position : Guest Service Agent

Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience.

Handle guest registrations, room assignments, and issue room keys.

Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.

Manage reservations and update guest profiles accurately in the system.

Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
-
Process payments, verify billing accuracy, and handle cash or credit transactions.
-
Promote hotel services and upsell room categories or packages to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment.
-
Ensure all guest interactions follow brand standards and reflect a high level of hospitality.
-
Handle VIP arrivals, group check-ins, and special requests efficiently.
-
Record and relay messages accurately, ensuring timely delivery.
-
Support Night Audit or Duty Manager with daily reports and operational tasks when needed.
