Lobby Ambassador Responsibilities

Welcome and greet all guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival in the hotel lobby.

Create a lasting first impression by offering assistance, information, and personalized attention.

Maintain an active presence in the lobby to ensure guests receive immediate support and guidance.

Anticipate guest needs and coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, and Guest Relations teams to ensure seamless service.

Escort VIP guests and assist with check-in/check-out or any special arrangements.

Monitor the lobby’s cleanliness, ambience, and guest flow, ensuring it always reflects hotel standards.

Handle guest inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency, escalating to Duty Manager when necessary.

Promote hotel facilities, dining options, and ongoing promotions to enhance guest engagement.

Support group arrivals, special events, and guest activities by coordinating with relevant departments.

Ensure all guest interactions reflect the brand’s service culture and hospitality standards.

Maintain accurate knowledge of hotel products, services, and local attractions to confidently assist guests.
