The Guest Relations Executive (GRO) position at Sheraton Grand Hotel Dubai is a pivotal role focused on delivering exceptional, personalized service to guests throughout their stay. This position is integral to enhancing guest satisfaction, loyalty, and the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Pre-Arrival Planning & Personalized Service: Coordinate with guests before their arrival to ensure all preferences and special requests are noted and met.

• Guest Engagement: Greet guests upon arrival and during their stay, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

• Recognition & Retention: Lead the hotel’s guest retention and recognition programs, acknowledging special occasions and repeat guests to enhance their experience.

• Guest Feedback & Satisfaction: Engage with guests to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure their needs are met promptly and professionally.

• Collaboration with Departments: Work closely with Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Guest Profile Management: Review and update guest profiles to personalize future interactions and anticipate needs.

• Support During Peak Times: Assist with check-ins and check-outs during busy periods to maintain smooth operations.

Essential Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in guest relations or a similar hospitality role is preferred.

• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.

• Flexibility: Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing guest needs.

Compensation

Salaries for Guest Relations Executives in Dubai typically range from AED 40,000 to AED 120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
