Responsibilities:

• Answer all incoming calls promptly and courteously using the hotel’s standard greeting.

• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints professionally and ensure timely follow-up.

• Log guest requests accurately in the system (HotSOS/Opera) and coordinate with relevant departments for completion.

• Provide accurate information regarding hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

• Process wake-up call requests and ensure timely delivery.

• Handle room service orders and coordinate with F&B for delivery and follow-up.

• Record and relay maintenance issues to the Engineering department promptly.

• Ensure confidentiality of guest and hotel information at all times.

• Assist with emergency procedures and communication as required (e.g., fire, medical, or security alerts).

• Maintain a courteous, helpful, and professional tone in every interaction to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

• Previous experience in guest services, telephone operations, or front office in a 4 or 5-star hotel is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and telephone etiquette skills.

• Strong knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards.

• Proficient in Opera PMS, HotSOS, and Microsoft Office applications.

• Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, German, or Italian are an advantage.

• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.

• Calm, courteous, and professional under pressure.

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
