Marketing Executive- Shaza Hotel Doha

The Marketing Executive supports the marketing team in executing campaigns that promote the company’s brand, products, and services. This role focuses on digital marketing, content creation, event coordination, and market research to increase visibility, engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.

  • Manage the company’s social media accounts and create engaging content to enhance online presence.

  • Support website content updates and ensure all information reflects current offers and brand standards.

  • Coordinate with the design team to produce marketing materials such as flyers, banners, and advertisements.

  • Assist in organizing photo shoots, promotional events, and public relations activities.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

  • Prepare reports on campaign performance, social media analytics, and engagement metrics.

  • Maintain marketing databases, contact lists, and project schedules.

  • Support collaboration between sales, PR, and operations teams to align marketing efforts.

  • Ensure all marketing communications are in line with company branding and tone.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in hospitality, retail, or lifestyle industries.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media management.

  • Excellent communication and writing skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools (Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).

  • Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.

  • Team-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
