Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the security team.

Develop, implement, and monitor security policies and procedures.

Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address potential security risks.

Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, or alarms and coordinate with law enforcement if necessary.

Maintain accurate records of security incidents, reports, and daily activities.

Train security staff on protocols, emergency procedures, and customer service.

Ensure proper operation of security equipment, surveillance systems, and access controls.

Collaborate with hotel management to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Monitor crowd control and enforce hotel policies during events or high-traffic periods.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in hotel or commercial security, with supervisory experience preferred.

Knowledge of security operations, surveillance systems, and emergency response procedures.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure.
-
Basic computer skills for reporting and monitoring systems.
-
Relevant certifications in security management, first aid, or firefighting are a plus.

Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
