Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the bar team.

Prepare and serve beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences when necessary.

Ensure consistent quality of drinks and presentation standards.

Train, mentor, and motivate bar staff to deliver excellent service.

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.

Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and stock management.

Enforce compliance with safety, hygiene, and legal regulations regarding alcohol service.

Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.

Collaborate with management and other departments for smooth operations and special events.

Monitor staff performance and conduct regular performance reviews.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a bartender with supervisory or team leader experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and bar operations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Basic math skills for handling cash and POS transactions.
-
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
-
Certification in responsible alcohol service is a plus.
