Key Responsibilities:

Safely transport guests to and from airports, hotels, and other designated locations.

Greet guests upon arrival and departure, assist with luggage, and escort them to rooms or vehicles.

Operate hotel vehicles responsibly and ensure they are maintained, clean, and fueled.

Provide valet parking services, including parking and retrieving guest vehicles efficiently.

Maintain knowledge of local routes, traffic patterns, and alternative routes.

Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.

Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or incidents to management immediately.

Uphold hotel policies, safety standards, and professional appearance at all times.

Assist with other guest services or hotel operations as needed.
Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
-
Previous experience as a driver, valet, or bellman preferred.
-
Knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations.
-
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
-
Ability to lift and carry luggage and other items.
-
Professional, courteous, and presentable appearance.
-
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
