Driver cum Valet/Bellman

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport guests to and from airports, hotels, and other designated locations.

• Greet guests upon arrival and departure, assist with luggage, and escort them to rooms or vehicles.

• Operate hotel vehicles responsibly and ensure they are maintained, clean, and fueled.

• Provide valet parking services, including parking and retrieving guest vehicles efficiently.

• Maintain knowledge of local routes, traffic patterns, and alternative routes.

• Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.

• Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or incidents to management immediately.

• Uphold hotel policies, safety standards, and professional appearance at all times.

• Assist with other guest services or hotel operations as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Previous experience as a driver, valet, or bellman preferred.

• Knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to lift and carry luggage and other items.

• Professional, courteous, and presentable appearance.

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
