Position Summary
The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager assists in overseeing the daily operations of all F&B outlets, with a particular focus on the night club/lounge. The role ensures outstanding guest experiences, effective team management, and achievement of financial and operational goals. This individual should possess a strong background in nightlife operations, beverage service, entertainment coordination, and customer relations within a luxury hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support all Food & Beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, and night club.

Ensure smooth and efficient night club operations, maintaining high standards of service, safety, and atmosphere.

Coordinate with entertainment teams, DJs, and promoters to deliver engaging guest experiences.

Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.

Maintain cost controls for beverage, labor, and operating supplies.

Ensure compliance with local licensing laws, health and safety, and hygiene regulations.

Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to feedback or complaints.

Work closely with the F&B Manager to achieve revenue targets and implement promotional strategies.

Oversee inventory management, stock control, and ordering.

Maintain a strong floor presence during peak hours, especially in the night club.
Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Food & Beverage management, including at least 2 years in a night club or lounge environment.

Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Strong knowledge of beverage trends, mixology, and nightlife operations.

Ability to work flexible hours, including late nights and weekends.

Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for guest service.
