Night Club Hostess

Position Summary

The Night Club Hostess serves as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and an exceptional nightlife experience. She manages guest reservations, seating arrangements, and VIP tables while maintaining an energetic and elegant atmosphere. The role requires excellent communication, grooming, and customer service skills to uphold the brand’s image and deliver memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a professional, friendly, and engaging attitude.

• Manage guest reservations, VIP bookings, and table allocations efficiently.

• Maintain awareness of club capacity and ensure smooth guest flow.

• Coordinate with the service and security teams to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.

• Promote special events, theme nights, and beverage promotions.

• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests promptly and courteously.

• Ensure all areas of the entrance, lounge, and seating sections are clean and presentable.

• Build rapport with regular guests and assist in developing a loyal clientele.

• Adhere to grooming standards, uniform policies, and brand presentation guidelines.

• Support management with administrative or promotional tasks when required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience as a Hostess or Guest Relations Agent in a high-end night club, bar, or lounge.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Outgoing personality with a confident and polished appearance.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluency in English is required; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Italian, German, etc.) are a plus.

• Flexible to work late-night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
