Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Outlet Supervisor to join our team in Rixos Bab Al Bahr. As an Outlet Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service in our food and beverage outlet.

  • Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage outlet, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction
  • Train, motivate, and supervise staff to maintain excellent performance and adherence to company policies
  • Monitor and maintain quality control for all food and beverage items served
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Manage inventory, place orders, and control costs to meet budgetary goals
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain menu quality and consistency
  • Prepare staff schedules and manage time-off requests
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates and address concerns
  • Assist in implementing marketing initiatives to drive sales and customer loyalty
  • Perform administrative tasks such as reporting, record-keeping, and cash management
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in restaurant or food and beverage outlet operations, with at least one year in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team effectively
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences
  • Thorough knowledge of food and beverage service standards and practices
  • Understanding of health, safety, and hygiene regulations in the food service industry
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
  • Relevant education in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
