Assistant Manager, Marketing 

With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Manager, Marketing to join One&Only team at One&Only Royal Mirage Resort in Dubai.

With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of the Resort’s success and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships with our guests and colleagues. Where you will be responsible for developing, delivery and implementation of the Marketing plan for One&Only Royal Mirage, for delivery in line with resort objectives.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Track, measure, and analyze the performance of all marketing campaigns
• Appropriate communications to internal and external guests of resort activities.
• Assist in building and maintaining relationships with local media, influencers, and bloggers.
• Deliver Advertising plan in line with Sales market development.
• Deliver Marketing collateral, PR and Marketing activities to Support Sales Source Market development.
• Manage the marketing calendar and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
• Assist with the preparation of the marketing budget and track expenses.
• Actively source opportunities for hotel revenue improvement through partnership marketing and joint promotions and event participation.
• Act as Brand Custodian for One&Only Royal Mirage
• Be aware of and work within corporate directives/guidelines and maintain the One&Only brand image
• Ensure all activities, press updates and achievements of One&Only Royal Mirage are communicated to the One&Only Royal Mirage team
• Support the marketing leadership in all areas, including digital marketing, content creation, public relations, and promotional campaigns, ensuring a consistent and powerful brand message across all channels

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in marketing, public relations or related professional area
• An experienced communications expert, a dynamic and self-driven, creative individual
• A passionate individual with experience in marketing; traditional & digital
• Strong luxury hotel background is preferred
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
