Room Service Order Taker 

With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Room Service Ordertaker to join the Food & Beverage team at One&Only the Palm Hotel in Dubai.

With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of the Resort’s success and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships with our guests and colleagues. Where you will be responsible in handling the day-to-day operation of the In Room Dining Desk in close cooperation with the Room Service Manager.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• To ensure that all activities are adhered to and support One&Only The Palm Quality Management System.
• To ensure a smooth day to day operation in In Room Dining department.
• To undertake trainings according to departmental training schedule.
• To attend F&B briefings/meetings if required.
• To assist in optimizing outlet utilization and to maximize outlet revenue.

Suitable candidate should have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in an upscale 5* hotel/resort environment. Strong F&B knowledge is a must. Should have excellent personal and interpersonal skills. Should be able to build strong relationship with high profile and diverse clientele. Should be a dynamic team player and able to provide the highest standard of service to our guests. Excellent communication in English language is required and an additional language will be highly regarded.
