Waitress

The Waitress is responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences by delivering prompt, friendly, and professional service to guests. She ensures that all guests feel welcomed, taken care of, and satisfied with their dining experience, in line with the brand’s service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.

  • Present menus, take orders accurately, and make recommendations when appropriate.

  • Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.

  • Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and well-maintained throughout service.

  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service.

  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and a positive attitude.

  • Process payments accurately and maintain cash handling standards.

  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions.

  • Uphold hygiene, grooming, and safety standards at all times.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
