Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism.
- Assist with luggage handling, storage, and transportation.
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities and services.
- Provide accurate information about the hotel, local attractions, and services.
- Ensure the lobby and entrance areas remain clean and organized.
- Coordinate with concierge and front office teams to assist guests promptly.
- Deliver packages, messages, or other items to guest rooms.
Job requirements
Requirements:
- Previous experience as Bellman/Doorman in a 5-star hotel is preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle physical tasks (lifting luggage, standing for long hours).
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
