Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism.
• Assist with luggage handling, storage, and transportation.
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities and services.
• Provide accurate information about the hotel, local attractions, and services.
• Ensure the lobby and entrance areas remain clean and organized.
• Coordinate with concierge and front office teams to assist guests promptly.
• Deliver packages, messages, or other items to guest rooms.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as Bellman/Doorman in a 5-star hotel is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to handle physical tasks (lifting luggage, standing for long hours).
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
