Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy for La Piscina Pool Bar in line with brand standards and business goals.
- Conceptualize and execute promotional ideas, theme days, and special events to attract new guests and retain existing clientele.
- Manage content creation — including photography, videography, and digital storytelling — to showcase the venue’s atmosphere and offerings.
- Oversee social media platforms, digital advertising campaigns, and influencer collaborations to enhance online presence.
- Design and coordinate promotional materials, advertisements, and event collaterals.
- Work closely with the operations and F&B team to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
- Plan and manage seasonal campaigns, event calendars, and targeted activations to drive revenue and footfall.
- Supervise and coordinate with third-party agencies, media, and partners when required.
- Track and analyze marketing performance, ROI, and campaign results to refine strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies.

Requirements:
- Minimum 12–15 years of proven experience in hospitality or lifestyle venue marketing, preferably within luxury hotels, beach clubs, or pool bar environments.
- Strong background in branding, promotions, digital marketing, and event planning.
- Exceptional creative and design sense, with the ability to generate original and engaging ideas.
- Proficient in content creation tools, photo/video editing, and social media management platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of the UAE hospitality market and guest demographics.
