Spa Attendant (Male only) – Palazzo Versace Dubai

Main Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude upon arrival and assist them with any inquiries or requests.
• Ensure that all spa areas, including treatment rooms, locker rooms, relaxation areas, and bathrooms, are kept clean and tidy at all times.
• Prepare treatment rooms with the necessary supplies, equipment, and linens for each guest, ensuring readiness for spa treatments.
• Provide guests with refreshments, towels, robes, and other amenities to enhance their comfort during their spa experience.
• Follow all hygiene and safety protocols, ensuring the spa environment meets the highest cleanliness standards.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of spa services, treatments, and products, assisting guests with any product inquiries or recommendations.
• Work closely with other spa team members, such as therapists and receptionists, to deliver a seamless, exceptional guest experience.

Job requirements

Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or spa environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good physical fitness and ability to maintain cleanliness in the spa.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and team player.
