The Assistant Spa Manager supports the Spa Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the spa, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, smooth staff management, and adherence to brand and operational standards. This role balances operational efficiency with a focus on guest satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing daily spa operations, including treatments, staff scheduling, and guest services.

Supervise, train, and motivate spa therapists and support staff to deliver consistent, high-quality service.

Ensure all spa treatments meet brand standards and guest expectations.

Monitor inventory of spa products, supplies, and equipment; coordinate orders as needed.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across all spa areas.

Handle guest feedback, complaints, and requests professionally, escalating when necessary.

Support spa marketing initiatives, promotions, and upselling of services and products.

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for spa operations.

Implement and maintain SOPs, safety protocols, and HR policies within the spa.

Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience in spa management or as a senior spa therapist in a luxury hotel/resort.
