Key Responsibilities:
Training & Development

Design, implement, and evaluate training programs for hotel staff across the cluster.

Conduct onboarding, induction, and refresher training for new and existing employees.

Ensure training programs align with brand standards and operational requirements.

Develop training materials, manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
-
Measure training effectiveness and recommend improvements for skill enhancement.
Coordination & Communication
-
Coordinate training schedules with department heads and hotel management teams.
-
Ensure consistent delivery of training programs across all properties in the cluster.

Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, and Operations teams to identify skill gaps.
-
Communicate updates on training programs, policies, and compliance requirements to staff.
Performance & Compliance

Track staff training records, certifications, and development plans.
-
Ensure compliance with mandatory training, safety standards, and brand guidelines.
-
Monitor post-training performance and provide coaching where necessary.
Event & Program Support

Organize workshops, seminars, and soft-skill development programs.
-
Support talent development initiatives such as leadership or succession planning.
-
Assist in special projects related to organizational development and culture enhancement.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, HR, or related field.

Proven experience in training and development within the hospitality industry.

Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
-
Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and training tools.
-
Ability to work across multiple properties and manage schedules efficiently.

Coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills.
-
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
