Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding

Coordinate recruitment activities for all properties in the cluster, including job postings, interviews, and selection.

Facilitate onboarding and induction programs for new employees across hotels.

Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Employee Relations & Engagement
-
Serve as a point of contact for HR-related queries across properties.

Support managers in handling employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions.

Assist in implementing staff engagement, recognition, and retention programs.
HR Operations & Compliance

Ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently across the cluster.

Monitor attendance, leaves, and HR reporting across multiple properties.

Support performance appraisal processes and succession planning initiatives.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
Training & Development Support

Assist in coordinating training and development programs for staff.
-
Support HR initiatives related to career growth, promotions, and skill development.
Reporting & Administration

Prepare HR reports, analytics, and dashboards for cluster management.
-
Maintain confidential employee records and ensure data accuracy.

Assist with audits, inspections, and compliance documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or related field.

Prior HR experience in hotels or multi-property clusters preferred.

Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and recruitment processes.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to work across multiple properties and manage priorities effectively.
-
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems; knowledge of HRIS is an advantage.

Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
