Operational Support: Assist in supervising the daily operations of restaurants, bars, and other F&B outlets to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Team Management: Support the F&B Manager in scheduling, training, and supervising staff. Promote teamwork, morale, and a positive working environment.
• Guest Engagement: Interact with guests to obtain feedback, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction with food quality and service.
• Service Standards: Monitor service procedures to ensure compliance with company standards, hygiene, and safety regulations.
• Inventory & Cost Control: Assist in managing inventory levels, stock rotation, and cost control measures to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
• Training & Development: Help organize training sessions for staff to enhance product knowledge, service techniques, and customer engagement skills.
• Event Support: Assist in the planning and execution of special events, banquets, and promotional activities within the outlets.
• Financial Oversight: Contribute to revenue generation efforts by supporting upselling initiatives and monitoring sales performance.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all F&B operations comply with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Administrative Tasks: Support the preparation of reports, maintain records, and assist with departmental communications.
Language: Russian Speaker is a MUST.

Compliance and Standards: Ensure full compliance with local legal requirements, international standards, health and safety regulations, company policies, ISO standards, and industry best practices. Continuously review and update operational processes to ensure alignment with evolving legal and regulatory requirements.
Food Safety & Hygiene: Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations by overseeing proper purchasing, storage, handling, maintenance, communication, and preparation practices across all departments.
Skills:
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in food and beverage service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant management role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Sound knowledge of F&B service procedures and hygiene standards.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
• High attention to detail and a guest-focused mindset.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
