Revenue Analyst Swissôtel Al Murooj Dubai,

Responsibilities:

 

  • Support the Commercial Strategy team with reporting, data analysis, and data quality improvement efforts.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate revenue management reports, competitive analyses, and forecasts.
  • Manage availability, rates, and inventory across all channels, ensuring rate parity and effective communication with operations teams.
  • Perform system maintenance tasks, including rate loading, inventory management, and content updates in electronic channels.
  • Support special projects within Revenue Management and Distribution to uncover new revenue opportunities.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the competitive landscape.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy across different market segments.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of revenue management strategies.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of revenue forecasts and budgets.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align revenue management strategies with promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of yield management policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and support to other departments on revenue management principles and best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in revenue management to continuously improve processes and strategies.

  • Effectively deal with guests and other team members
  • Previous reservation experience highly preferred
  • Possessing the trait of being organized and multi-tasking
  • Ability to complete work within given deadlines
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proficiency in revenue management systems and hotel property management software
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and pricing strategies in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent Excel skills, including pivot tables and data visualization
  • Experience with data analysis and interpretation of key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
