Bartender – Al Aathba Luxury Collection Desert Resort

A Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while delivering exceptional guest service in a warm and engaging manner. The role includes taking orders, mixing and presenting drinks according to established recipes and standards, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring all beverages are served safely and responsibly. Bartenders handle cash transactions, restock supplies, monitor inventory levels, and follow hygiene, sanitation, and licensing guidelines at all times. They must be attentive, knowledgeable about beverages, skilled in communication, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment to create memorable experiences for every guest.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
