Job Summary:
The Guest Experience Expert (Receptionist) is the first point of contact for guests at Aloft Abu Dhabi, delivering warm, efficient, and personalized service to ensure an exceptional stay. This role is responsible for handling check-ins, check-outs, guest inquiries, and providing information about hotel services and local attractions, all while maintaining the brand’s vibrant and modern lifestyle standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests warmly and provide prompt, professional check-in and check-out services.

  • Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly, ensuring high satisfaction levels.

  • Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, amenities, promotions, and local attractions.

  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications in the Property Management System (PMS).

  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

  • Maintain accurate guest records and billing information.

  • Upsell hotel services and amenities to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.

  • Follow Aloft brand standards and hotel policies to ensure a consistent guest experience.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in front office or guest service roles is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Professional, friendly, and guest-focused demeanor.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of property management systems (PMS) is an advantage.

  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
