Key Responsibilities:

Wash, clean, and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in all kitchen and storage areas.

Assist with receiving, storing, and handling food deliveries in accordance with hygiene standards.

Dispose of waste properly and ensure proper recycling practices are followed.

Follow health and safety standards, including safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Support the kitchen team as needed with basic food preparation tasks.

Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or maintenance issues to the supervisor.

Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, hygiene regulations, and local health laws.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory.
