Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the kitchen, housekeeping, and front desk teams to ensure smooth operations.

Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Promote menu items, daily specials, and upsell beverages or additional services when appropriate.
Qualifications:
