F&B Service Expert – In Room Dining – The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms promptly, ensuring correct orders and presentation.

  • Set up in-room dining trays, tables, and other service areas according to hotel standards.

  • Respond to guest requests, inquiries, and special requirements in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of in-room dining equipment, trays, and service stations.

  • Collaborate with the kitchen, housekeeping, and front desk teams to ensure smooth operations.

  • Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations during food handling and service.

  • Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.

  • Promote menu items, daily specials, and upsell beverages or additional services when appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in in-room or hotel dining.

  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of proper food handling, presentation, and hygiene standards.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders.

  • Professional appearance and a guest-focused attitude.

  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
