Job Summary:
The F&B Service Expert is responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience to all guests. This role involves providing personalized, attentive service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of food presentation, hygiene, and service quality in all Food & Beverage outlets.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a warm, professional, and courteous manner.

Take and serve food and beverage orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Advise guests on menu selections, including daily specials, beverages, and wine pairings.

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.

Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation in the dining area.

Handle guest complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.

Monitor stock levels and report any shortages or discrepancies.

Train and mentor junior service staff, sharing best practices and service techniques.

Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation policies and procedures.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a luxury hotel or fine-dining environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong knowledge of food and beverage products, service techniques, and hospitality standards.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Knowledge of POS systems and basic administrative tasks is an advantage.
