Reservation Agent (Arabic Speaker)

The Reservation Agent (Arabic Speaker) is responsible for handling all guest inquiries related to room reservations with accuracy, professionalism, and efficiency. This role requires strong communication skills in both Arabic and English to assist guests from diverse backgrounds. The agent manages incoming calls, emails, and online requests, ensuring all reservations are processed smoothly while maximizing revenue through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques. Responsibilities include providing detailed information about room types, rates, promotions, and hotel facilities; maintaining accurate records in the PMS; coordinating with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams; and resolving guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of reservation procedures and hotel systems. A positive attitude, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service are essential for success in this role.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
