Rooms Controller

Job Description

The Rooms Controller is responsible for overseeing room allocation and ensuring smooth daily operations across the Front Office. The role involves managing room inventory, coordinating with Housekeeping and Reservations, and maximizing guest satisfaction by assigning rooms based on preferences, special requests, and operational needs. The Rooms Controller ensures accuracy in system updates, handles VIP arrivals, monitors room status throughout the day, and supports the Front Office team in delivering a seamless guest experience. Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure are essential for success in this position.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: No related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
