Job Description

The F&B Service Expert – All Day Dining is responsible for providing outstanding dining experiences to guests by delivering warm, attentive, and efficient service across all meal periods. This role involves greeting guests, presenting menus, taking food and beverage orders, and ensuring accurate, timely delivery of all items. The expert maintains a high level of product knowledge, recommends dishes and beverages confidently, and follows brand standards in every interaction.

The position also includes setting up and closing the restaurant, maintaining cleanliness and organization of service areas, replenishing supplies, and ensuring tables are properly arranged and reset. The F&B Service Expert works closely with the culinary and stewarding teams to ensure smooth and uninterrupted service flow. They handle guest concerns with professionalism, follow safety and hygiene protocols, and support teamwork to create a welcoming and memorable dining environment.

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced operation are key to succeeding in this role. The F&B Service Expert represents the brand’s values and ensures every guest feels valued and satisfied throughout their dining experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
