Job Description
The Demi Chef de Partie – Arabic Kitchen is responsible for supporting the Chef de Partie in preparing, cooking, and presenting authentic Arabic dishes to the highest culinary standards. This role requires strong knowledge of traditional Arabic cuisine, cooking techniques, and flavors. The Demi CDP assists with daily mise-en-place, ensures proper portioning, follows recipes accurately, and maintains consistency in taste and presentation across all menu items.
The position involves overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, guiding Commis Chefs, and ensuring smooth and efficient operations during service. The Demi Chef de Partie maintains strict hygiene and sanitation practices, keeps workstations clean and organized, and ensures compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations. The role also includes monitoring stock levels, minimizing waste, and assisting with inventory and ordering when required.

Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
Related Work Experience: At least 3 years of related work experience.
