Job Description:
The Guest Experience Expert, also known as the W Insider Agent, is responsible for delivering personalized, memorable experiences to every guest, ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction. Acting as the primary point of contact for guests, the W Insider Agent anticipates needs, fulfills special requests, and provides insider knowledge about the hotel, local attractions, and unique experiences.
This role requires coordination with multiple hotel departments to ensure seamless delivery of services, from dining and entertainment recommendations to in-room amenities and event arrangements. The W Insider Agent embodies the brand’s lifestyle philosophy, going beyond standard hospitality to create meaningful, authentic interactions. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, cultural awareness, and a passion for guest satisfaction are essential for success in this role.
