Key Responsibilities:

Assist Housekeeping team with daily operational needs, including delivering linen, amenities, and supplies.

Support Room Attendants by collecting used linen, restocking carts, and organizing storage areas.

Maintain cleanliness in back-of-house areas such as pantries, corridors, and service rooms.

Help in the setup, replenishment, and organization of Housekeeping trolleys and workstations.

Respond to guest requests promptly, delivering items such as towels, pillows, and amenities.

Assist in public area cleanliness when required, ensuring a fresh and welcoming environment.

Follow proper handling and disposal procedures for waste and laundry.

Report any maintenance issues, safety concerns, or shortages to the supervisor.

Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand standards at all times.

Support the Housekeeping team during busy periods or special projects.
Skills & Qualifications:
-
Basic understanding of cleaning standards and hygiene practices.
-
Physically fit and able to carry, lift, and move equipment or supplies.
-
Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
-
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in fast-paced environments.
-
Previous Housekeeping or hospitality experience is an advantage but not required.

Positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed.

Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
