F&B Service Expert – Levantera

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests with a friendly and engaging approach, ensuring a smooth start to their dining experience.

  • Take orders accurately, provide recommendations, and maintain strong knowledge of menu items and promotions.

  • Serve food and beverages according to Marriott brand standards.

  • Ensure tables, service areas, and workstations are clean, organized, and properly set.

  • Anticipate guest needs and offer proactive service to enhance their overall experience.

  • Handle guest feedback or concerns with professionalism and timely solutions.

  • Coordinate with culinary and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.

  • Process payments, manage checks, and maintain accuracy in POS systems.

  • Follow hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards at all times.

  • Assist in buffet setup, replenishment, and maintaining food quality when required.

  • Support team members during peak service periods to ensure efficiency and consistency.

  • Demonstrate a polished appearance and uphold brand service standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous F&B service or hospitality experience preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and passion for guest service.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of basic service techniques; barista or beverage skills are a plus.

  • Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are beneficial, especially in the Gulf region.
