Key Responsibilities
Business Development

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, and event organizers.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
Sales Strategy & Planning
-
Develop and implement sales plans to achieve hotel revenue targets.
-
Collaborate with Revenue Management and Marketing teams to optimize pricing, packages, and promotions.
-
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management review.
Client Relations & Negotiations
-
Conduct meetings and presentations to prospective clients.
-
Negotiate contracts, agreements, and special offers to maximize hotel profitability.

Ensure client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and excellent service.
Event & Group Sales
-
Coordinate with the Events and Banquet team to secure group bookings and events.
-
Manage room blocks, conference packages, and group rates.
-
Track and report on group and corporate sales performance.
Team Leadership

Lead, train, and mentor the sales team (if applicable) to achieve departmental goals.

Monitor performance metrics and provide coaching to improve team effectiveness.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field

3–5 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in 4- or 5-star hotels
-
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue
-
Familiarity with corporate, MICE, and leisure market segments
