Key Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain pipes, faucets, valves, drainage systems, and other plumbing fixtures.

Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues such as leaks, blockages, or malfunctions.

Perform preventive maintenance on water supply lines, pumps, heaters, and sanitation systems.

Respond promptly to guest rooms and operational areas for plumbing-related complaints.

Ensure all plumbing works comply with local building codes and safety regulations.

Coordinate with other maintenance team members to resolve cross-department technical issues.

Keep records of maintenance activities, materials used, and completed tasks.

Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe and orderly condition.

Assist with emergency repairs and support during peak operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
-
Proven experience as a Plumber, preferably in hospitality or facilities management.

Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, water supply networks, pumps, heaters, and sanitary fixtures.

Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints.
-
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
-
Physically fit and able to work in confined spaces or at heights.
-
Basic communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Education & Certification:

High school diploma or technical trade certificate in plumbing.
-
Professional plumbing license or vocational training preferred.
