Director of Sales – The Cove Rotana Resort – Franchised

We are seeking a dynamic Director of Sales to lead our sales team and drive business growth through strategic planning and management of sales activities. The Director of Sales will be responsible for developing sales strategies, setting sales targets, and monitoring performance to ensure revenue goals are met.

Job Responsibility:
– Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
– Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
– Identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with key clients.
– Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies.
– Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts.
– Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the senior management team.

Candidate Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field; MBA is a plus.
– Proven experience as a Director of Sales or similar role in a competitive market.
– Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
– In-depth knowledge of CRM software and sales management tools.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
