F&B Service Expert – Le Meridien Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Waterpark

Position Summary

The F&B Service Expert – Room Service delivers exceptional in-room dining experiences by providing prompt, courteous, and efficient service. This role ensures that all guest orders are prepared, delivered, and presented according to hotel standards, while maintaining high levels of hospitality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service

  • Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail.

  • Present the order according to brand standards, ensuring proper setup and handling.

  • Assist guests with any additional requests and follow up promptly to ensure satisfaction.

  • Maintain strong product knowledge of the menu, dietary options, and allergens.

Order Management

  • Answer Room Service calls efficiently, using the correct telephone etiquette and upselling techniques.

  • Enter orders accurately into the system and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely preparation.

  • Ensure accuracy of items, cutlery, condiments, and amenities before delivery.

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Room Service area, including pantries, trolleys, and trays.

  • Handle billing procedures accurately, including posting charges and obtaining signatures.

  • Collect used trays and trolleys from guest floors and return to the designated area.

  • Ensure equipment is clean, sanitized, and in good working condition.

Standards & Compliance

  • Follow all safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines as per hotel and local regulations.

  • Adhere to Marriott brand service standards and procedures.

  • Report any guest concerns, maintenance issues, or incidents to the supervisor immediately.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in F&B or Room Service preferred, ideally in a hotel environment.

  • Excellent communication and guest-service skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask during busy operations.

  • Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and professional grooming.

  • Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
