- Designing and preparing unique and innovative cocktails including signature drinks that reflect the hotels brand.
- Engaging with guests to understand their preferences offering recommendations and providing personalized service to enhance their experience.
- Ensuring all drinks are prepared to high standards using fresh ingredients and adhering to established recipes and techniques.
- Monitoring and managing bar inventory ordering supplies as needed and maintaining proper stock levels to ensure smooth operations.
- Educating and training bar team on cocktail preparation presentation and customer service techniques to maintain consistency and quality.
- Adhering to local regulations and health standards including proper handling and storage of alcohol and ingredients.
- Assisting in planning and executing bar services for hotel events banquets and special occasions including creating custom drink menus.
- Keeping the bar area clean organized and wellstocked ensuring a pleasant environment for both guests and staff.
- Staying updated on beverage trends techniques and new products to continually enhance the bar menu and guest offerings.
- Gathering and responding to guest feedback to improve services and adapt the drink menu to meet evolving preferences.
What We need from you:
- Indepth understanding of classic and contemporary cocktail recipes preparation methods and garnishing techniques.
- Previous experience as Mixologist or Bartender in a high-end bar or resort
- Strong knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic ingredients.
- Possess a gracious friendly and fun demeanor
- Ability to multitask work in a fast-paced environment and have a high level attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Maintain positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments
- Ability to work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork
