The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Support regional operations through process review, workflow coordination, and daily activity follow-up.
- Analyze operational data to spot trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities for the region.
- Contribute to regional projects and work with multiple departments to keep communication clear and tasks aligned.
- Help develop, refine, and implement process improvement strategies to boost efficiency.
- Prepare operational reports, presentations, and support KPI tracking to monitor performance.
- Provide administrative support, assist with meetings and events, and help maintain consistent operational procedures across the region.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Detail oriented when reviewing data, reports, and process documentation.
- Strong interest in wellbeing and spa operations, including service standards, guest journey, and wellness-focused initiatives.
- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
