About The Job:

An opportunity has arisen for an Intern to join Sales and Marketing in Jumeirah Living World Trade Center. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Provide accurate information on room types, rates, availability, packages, and policies.
• Process, modify, and cancel reservations in the system while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing guest needs, concerns, and special requests.
• Support the sales team in promoting offers, packages, and seasonal promotions to increase revenue.
• Participate in upselling activities to maximize sales opportunities.
• Assist in preparing sales-related documents such as proposals, contracts, and reports.

   

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
• Analytical focus with strong quantitative skills
• Experience of creating annual marketing plans
• Understanding of ROI calculations and methodologies
