Assistant Outlet Manager – Millennium Hotel & Millennium Central, Doha, Qatar

As an Assistant Outlet Manager, you play a pivotal role in supporting the Head of Food & Beverage in the short and long-term planning and management of food & beverage operations. Your focus is on achieving customer satisfaction, delivering quality service, and meeting/exceeding financial goals.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and analyze guest feedback regarding service, products, and promotions, collaborating with the Director of Food & Beverage/Food & Beverage Manager for continuous improvement.
  • Supervise and coordinate training activities within the Food & Beverage Department in collaboration with the Learning and Development Department.
  • Review and manage the weekly payroll and overtime sheets for all Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring compliance with established budgets.
  • Provide guidance to outlet managers on operational requirements and uphold quality standards.
  • Maintain a visible presence during peak service times, proactively addressing any operational challenges in the outlets.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Food & Beverage/Food & Beverage Manager on various aspects, including reports, forecasts, budgets, marketing plans, festivals, and special promotions.
  • Stay informed about competitive trends, new products, and legislative requirements in the industry.
  • Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards in alignment with organizational policies.
  • Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
