An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Demi Chef De Partie to join Jumeirah Al Naseem. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Execute tasks as directed by the Chef de Partie, ensuring adherence to instructions and standards
• Organize shifting in the section associated with mis-en-place production and its service with the Chef de Partie
• Follow recipe specifications for portion size, quantity, and quality while maintaining consistency
• Ensure high standards of food preparation, stay updated on new products, recipes, and techniques
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the designated section, equipment, and utensils in compliance with hygiene regulations
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with the kitchen team, attend meetings, and pass on shift information for smooth operations

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: 

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the kitchen and 1 year r experience in a five-star international chain hotel
• Diploma or certification from an accredited Culinary School
• Sound knowledge about all kinds of cooking techniques and methods
• Proficient in English
