Housekeeping Attendant – Rixos The Palm Hotel & Suites, Dubai

• Prepare for shift by obtaining assignment sheet, attending meetings, and stocking trolley with necessary supplies and amenities.
• Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, restocking amenities, and thoroughly cleaning bathrooms.
• Respect guest privacy by following proper procedures when entering and leaving rooms, adhering to ‘Do Not Disturb’ signs.
• Report maintenance issues, guest concerns, and important information to the HK Supervisor for smooth operations.
• Provide professional and courteous service, anticipating and addressing guest needs promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, adhering to hotel standards and safety protocols.

Your experience and skills include:
Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is an asset
Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming
Excellent organizational skills and time management
