Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef specializing in Pan-Asian and Singaporean cuisine to join our culinary team. The Chef will be responsible for preparing authentic dishes, managing kitchen operations, ensuring quality and consistency, and delivering an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Culinary Preparation:

Prepare, cook, and present high-quality Pan-Asian and Singaporean dishes.

Ensure food is prepared according to recipes, standards, and portion sizes.

Innovate and suggest new menu items while maintaining authenticity.

Kitchen Management:

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the kitchen.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Assist in inventory management, ordering ingredients, and minimizing waste.

Team Leadership:

Supervise and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.

Coordinate kitchen workflow to ensure timely service.

Train staff on recipes, plating, and food presentation.

Quality & Presentation:

Ensure dishes meet the restaurant’s quality and presentation standards.

Taste and adjust recipes to maintain flavor consistency.

Monitor and maintain stock of ingredients and kitchen supplies.

Collaboration & Innovation:

Work closely with the Executive Chef to plan menus and specials.

Stay updated on culinary trends and bring innovative ideas to the kitchen.

Support events, catering, and banquets as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience.

Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Pan-Asian/Singaporean cuisine.

Strong knowledge of ingredients, spices, and cooking techniques.
