Job Summary:
The Sales Manager – Food & Beverage is responsible for driving revenue growth by generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and promoting the hotel or restaurant’s food and beverage offerings. This role requires strong sales skills, market knowledge, and the ability to create tailored solutions for corporate, social, and event clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Business Development:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for food and beverage outlets, banquets, catering, and events.

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

    • Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.

  2. Client Management:

    • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site inspections.

    • Understand client needs and propose customized solutions.

    • Handle client negotiations, contracts, and follow-ups.

  3. Collaboration & Coordination:

    • Work closely with F&B, banquets, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of events and services.

    • Provide market feedback and insights to improve offerings and services.

  4. Reporting & Analysis:

    • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.

    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

    • Track sales performance against targets and suggest corrective actions.

  5. Marketing & Promotion:

    • Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

    • Represent the F&B outlets at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.

  • Proven experience in F&B sales or hospitality sales, preferably in hotels or resorts.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strong understanding of market trends, pricing strategies, and event management.

  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
