Food & Beverage Manager – Dukes The Palm Dubai Hotel

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our hospitality management team, you will oversee all aspects of our food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.

• Manage and coordinate all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and banquet facilities
• Develop and implement innovative food and beverage concepts to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue
• Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of food and beverage professionals
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create and update menus that reflect current trends and guest preferences
• Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize profitability while maintaining quality standards
• Analyze financial performance and prepare reports for senior management
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Stay informed about industry trends and implement best practices to improve operations
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery across the property

• 5+ years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
• Proven track record of leading successful food and beverage operations
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage trends, particularly in the Middle Eastern market
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
• International experience or familiarity with Middle Eastern cuisine and culture is highly desirable
