Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of treatments such as massages, facials, body scrubs, and beauty services.

• Greet guests, conduct consultations, and recommend suitable treatments.

• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of treatment rooms and spa facilities.

• Upsell spa services, packages, and retail products.

• Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.

• Keep accurate records of treatments, schedules, and guest preferences.

• Assist with spa reception duties when required.

• Ensure a warm, welcoming, and professional guest experience.

Skills & Qualifications

• Certified Spa Therapist or equivalent qualification.

• Experience in massage therapy and beauty treatments.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Knowledge of anatomy, pressure points, and wellness techniques.

• Professional grooming, calm personality, and guest-focused approach.

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
