All-Day Dining Operations Manager

The All-Day Dining Operations Manager leads the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service, smooth workflows, and a memorable dining experience for every guest. This role oversees the team, maintains brand standards, drives guest satisfaction, and collaborates closely with the culinary and service teams to deliver seamless and efficient operations throughout breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure consistent and outstanding guest experiences.

• Lead, train, and motivate the All-Day Dining team to deliver high standards of service.

• Monitor service flow, table management, and guest interactions to anticipate needs and resolve issues promptly.

• Work closely with the culinary team to coordinate menu execution, food quality, and timely service.

• Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards, HACCP, and all health and safety regulations.

• Manage staff schedules, labor productivity, and operational budgets.

• Handle guest feedback professionally and use insights to improve service.

• Maintain a visible floor presence, especially during peak meal periods.

• Support in developing team members through coaching and performance evaluations.

• Assist with promotional activities, special events, and menu launches to enhance revenue and guest engagement.

• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the dining area at all times.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous F&B leadership experience, preferably in an All-Day Dining or high-volume restaurant.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle fast-paced operations with a calm and solution-driven approach.

• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and service standards.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and guest service mindset.

• Proficiency in POS systems and basic financial reporting.

• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
