Assistant Manager – Corporate Sales

The Assistant Manager – Corporate Sales is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients to maximize revenue and achieve business goals. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and ensuring that corporate clients receive exceptional service aligned with the company’s standards and brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share within the corporate segment.

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calls, and corporate visits.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.

  • Prepare and present customized proposals, contracts, and rate agreements to potential and current clients.

  • Collaborate with the revenue and reservations teams to ensure accurate forecasting and availability management.

  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote brand visibility.

  • Ensure timely follow-up on leads, inquiries, and client requests to convert them into confirmed bookings.

  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for the Director of Sales or Sales Manager.

  • Uphold brand standards and maintain a professional image while engaging with clients and partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in corporate or hotel sales, preferably in a 4 or 5-star property.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strong business acumen and goal-oriented mindset.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and hotel CRM systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi).

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
